DADOA July 18th Luncheon

TIME:              11:15 a.m. – Check In

                        11:30-12:10 pm – Lunch and Door Prizes

                        12:10 pm – Speaker

MENU:            Lunch will be served “family style,” including the

                        following:

                        Appetizer:   Mozzarella Marinara

                        Salad:        Chopped Apple & Walnut

                        Pasta:       Fettuccine Alfredo & Rigatoni "D"

                   Entree:       Chicken Saltimbocca

                        Dessert:     Apple Crostada

SPEAKER:      Nancy McDonald, CPL from Anadarko Petroleum & Jamie Jost from Jost Energy Law P.C.

                        "Statutory Pooling in Colorado" 

The presentation will cover the specifics of the Statutory

Pooling process in Colorado while addressing specific issues

 dealing with unresponsive/unlocateable WI parties, cold

 title issues and royalty owners in which their lease cannot

 be amended. 

One CDOA credit and one CPLTA credit pending approval. 

COST:              $33.00 members;  $40.00 non-members

Membership is determined by 2016 membership in DADOA

DADOA will be drawing for NADOA scholarships at this luncheon. 

To qualify:

·         Email Sandi Rupprecht (SRupprecht@enerplus.com) and specify which scholarship you prefer (full, partial or both).

·         You must be an active DADOA and NADOA member.

·         You must be actively working or seeking work in the oil and gas Land field.

·         You must attend the July 18^th luncheon and be present at the time of drawing.
